- Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime, but monthly payments and initial investments are non-refundable if canceled less than 3 business days before your appointment. - Extra Charges
There will be no additional fees unless the work requires more than a one-hour touch-up. - Technician Assignment
Only one technician may handle your job at a time. - Cleaning Standards
Cleaning results may vary, and Made New Prowash will work with you to meet your expectations. - Cleaning Solution
A 10% bleach and 90% water mix is used; heavily soiled areas may need multiple visits. - Post-Cleaning Cancellation
If you cancel after a cleaning but before payment, the charge for that month still applies. - Initial Payment
The first payment covers the first quarter’s cleaning; monthly billing starts the month after. - Monthly Billing
You’ll be charged monthly (12 times per year) to receive at least four scheduled cleanings and optional monthly touch-ups. - Access & Notifications
You don’t need to be home, but must allow access. Made New Prowash will send notices two weeks before and on the service day. - Service Photos
Photos of completed work are available upon request via email or text. - Initial Cleaning
The first cleaning may take longer or require extra pressure washing for immediate results. - Rescheduling
Appointments may be moved due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or personnel emergencies, with a 14-day reschedule window.
