Frequently Asked Questions

Traditional power washing uses very high pressure to knock off the top layer of growth. This is great for some surfaces, just not for a house! Soft Washing uses very lower pressure, along with a solution of a detergent and an algaecide in order to treat the growth. Once the growth is treated and dead a low-pressure rinse releases it from the surface safely removing it from your siding, soffits, and gutters. Soft Washing results last 2-4 times longer than pressure washing.
We ask that all furniture, potted plants, and personal items are placed away from any areas that are being cleaned. Cars should also be parked away from the home to allow access for our hoses and to prevent overspray.
It’s up to you. Most homeowners are not home during their service. If we have access to your water spigot any gates are accessible, we are able to clean your home. We also ask that all windows and doors are secured, and all pets and people remain inside to avoid overspray.
After your service, paying is easy. Once you are completely satisfied with your service you can pay by check or cash after your cleaning, or by using the “pay online” feature on the invoice you receive by text or email.

We get this question a lot. As with any cleaning solutions, universal precautions are taken to ensure the safety of pets, and the wellbeing of plants. During your service we thoroughly pre-soak and post-soak all plants to ensure that no detergents are left on them. We ask that all pets remain inside during your service to avoid potential overspray. Once we are completed with all rinsing and packed up, your yard is safe for your pets to roam free.
